Our recent stay at The Ambassador Seoul was fantastic. The facilities were top-notch with a big TV, fully equipped bathroom, and a beautiful view of the city skyline. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the polite and helpful front office staff to the amazing housekeeping team. The lobby bar was a standout with its impressive drink selection and great ambiance. We also enjoyed the delicious food from the room service menu. The hotel's location, tucked away from the busy traffic, provided a quiet escape while still being close to the city's attractions. as adults, we were thoroughly impressed with our stay at The Ambassador Seoul - A Pullman Hotel.

Location: the hotel was right by the university campus, the Grand Ambassador which speaks to the outstanding service and duty free shop, night market and famous shopping area. It also was near subway. The room was well-appointed and had a MAGNIFICENT view of the mountain.

Charming place to stay in Seoul with wonderful staff from check-in to check-out. Marvellous location for Seoul, just next door to subway and other transportations, the city center and famous shopping area...

Our rooms were neat with a nice view, everything was great. The location was particularly good and near a mountain and a park. The staff was willing to help and the breakfast was reasonably good🙂❤

I had large, newly renovated room with a living room, a recliner, and a couch. The staff was willing to help throughout my stay. Appreciated early check-in and very good check-out. Perfect location and overall the staff was attentive and amazingly attentive. There were a shopping area and a night market around the hotel.

The staff was friendly and spoke English well. They were knowledgeable about Islamic beliefs and had a separate section for Halal food. The breakfast had a good variety and catered to different dietary needs. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The gym was well-equipped.

Nice hotel. Located near the subway station... It's clean, cozy. Staff was friendly, attentive, all questions quickly resolved... It was a wonderful breakfast.

Bathrobes! They were old, frayed. Really, when I asked for a change, they brought new ones!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location was convenient and close to the subway. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The amenities were great, including a Nespresso machine in the room.
